Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Estella Rose Fashion! Our top priority is to make our customers the happiest and most stylish out there. If you have made a purchase with us and need to return it for any reason we are here to help! You have 14 days to return your item WITH receipt from the original purchase date for a full refund. With no receipt there is no way of looking up your transaction in our system to pull up your original transaction resulting in no way to make a return. We are unable to do anything past 14 days. All items must have original tags attached, be unworn/unwashed and unaltered with original receipt. If there is any indication of wear, deodorant, makeup etc. return will not be made.

ONLINE RETURNS

Once we receive your item and approve your return we will then send a confirmation via email along with your refund. Must have tags attached and be unworn or no refund will be issued. You have 14 days to return your item WITH receipt from the original purchase date for a full refund, 30 days for in store credit WITH a receipt.

Processing your return may take up to 10-14 business days. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item and original shipping cost are non refundable.

Sale items are all final sale. We stand by our return policy but, we are willing to try and work with you to make sure your experience is the best.
