Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Estella Rose Fashion! Our top priority is to make our customers the happiest and most stylish out there. If you have made a purchase with us and need to return it for any reason we are here to help! You have 14 days to return your item WITH receipt from the purchase date for a full refund, 30 days for instore credit WITH a receipt or your name in the system when you purchased. With no receipt or way of looking you up in our system there is no way for us to pull up your transaction resulting in no way to make a return. All items must have original tags attached, be unworn/unwashed and unaltered with original receipt. Sale items are final sale.

ONLINE RETURNS

Once we receive your item and approve your return we will then send a confirmation via email along with your refund. Must have tags attached and be unworn or no refund will be issued.

Processing your return may take up to 10-14 business days. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your item and original shipping cost are non refundable.
