Our linkers employ an Inspection process to ensure your jewelry Is properly welded before you exit your appointment. If your Permanent Jewelry breaks AT THE WELD spot within 30 days, then a re-weld will be granted at no charge WITH the original chain present.

We cannot offer replacements, refunds or discounts to replace lost chains, due to the personal nature of the wearer's lifestyle, job and other external factors that are out of our control. It Is “permanent” but Is just like any other piece of jewelry you may own and could snap off if pulled on hard enough. With parental consent and accompanied with parent/guardian, we will weld anyone between the age 2-16. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. You are responsible for the jewelry once It's on your body, please see above terms for lost jewelry. We are not reliable for pre-existing pieces made permanent or re-welded.
